Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in automotive dealership administration.
• Familiarity with Virginia DMV titling and registration processes is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in document processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, lenders, and government agencies.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
