Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post A/P invoices and process payments.
• Post A/R payments and daily deposits.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable.
• Follow up on payment discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files and correspondence.
• Assist with month-end closing and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support CFO and finance team as needed.
