Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills including formulas and data validation.
• Experience with high-volume data entry and processing.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to learn and navigate accounting software and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, update, and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform high-volume data entry and processing of financial transactions.
• Review invoices, verify amounts, and code to cost centers.
• Maintain vendor information and assist with routine monthly payments.
• Research vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll labor allocations and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports.
• Organize and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
