Job summary

You will coordinate day-to-day admin tasks, handle renewals, billing, claims, and coverage analysis while maintaining carrier relationships and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management, an active P&C license, strong analytical and customer-service skills, and proficiency with MS Office;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance industry
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organization
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Renewals, billing, claims and coverage analysis
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals; monitor delinquent accounts
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Deliver proactive service and champion IOA values
