Job summary

Milestone Treatment Center is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Marlton, NJ headquarters on-site. You will own daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the financial operations of a growing multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum bookkeeping experience in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and transactions.
• Process invoices, monitor payments, and manage vendor/customer records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly close and reporting.
