The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about best accounting practices. Responsibilities include recording transactions, verifying entries, handling accounts payable/receivable, preparing tax forms, and supporting budget analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience as accountant/bookkeeper or similar.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic systems.
• Strong math, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered.
• Prepare trial balance.
• Analyze budgets and other financial information.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete required tax forms.
