Job summary

Avfuel Corporation is seeking a Billing Associate to generate customer invoices and manage varied billing arrangements using our internal systems. You will interact with customers and the Sales Team, resolve issues quickly, and uphold accuracy while meeting daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Admin, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years of accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or related function preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create customer specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements.
• Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues.
• Meet strict daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience.
• Promptly communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to the Billing manager and sales team members to support timely resolution.
• Other special projects and duties as assigned.
