RethinkFirst is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support our billing teams and ensure accurate reimbursement for therapy sessions. You will post payments across multiple platforms, review EOBs/ERAs, and monitor AR metrics while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1–2 years in payment posting, and experience with insurance portals, with a focus on attention to detail and strong communication skills. Remote work options are available for eligible states.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years payment posting experience.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Experience using insurance company websites/portals.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
• Professional phone skills and strong communication with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Support billing teams and reconcile payments for therapy sessions.
• Post electronic payments from clearinghouse and manual payments across platforms.
• Review EOBs and ERAs for accuracy and posting.
• Enroll in ERAs to reduce manual posting and track enrollment progress.
• Monitor accounts receivable and communicate trends to the AR team.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and data security.
