Job summary

PartsSource is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support daily accounting operations in a fast-growing healthcare technology company. You will handle transaction processing, AP/AR management, GL maintenance, and revenue recognition, reporting to the Accounting Manager.

This role suits a detail-oriented, early-career accounting professional looking to grow skills, maintain strong internal controls, and contribute to accurate financial reporting in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting, with exposure to AP/AR/GL processes.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting principles, financial statements, and GL maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of transactions accurately while meeting close deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in the accounting system per U.S. GAAP.
• Process vendor invoices and confirm accurate payments and coding.
• Prepare customer invoices and manage revenue recognition and AR aging.
• Support month-end and year-end close with reconciliations.
• Assist with audit preparation and internal controls.
