Job summary

OSI Batteries is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support daily accounting operations and accurate financial reporting in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. You will handle transaction processing, AP/AR, GL maintenance, and revenue recognition under the Accounting Manager while growing your skills.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of accounting experience, a strong grasp of US GAAP, and familiarity with NetSuite.

Qualifications

2–4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of transactions accurately while meeting close deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Record financial transactions in the accounting system in accordance with U.S. GAAP (A/P, A/R, GL).
Process and post journal entries across multiple accounts with proper documentation and audit trail.
Maintain timely records and compliance with internal policies and U.S. GAAP.
Process vendor invoices, verify terms, code accounts, and issue payments.
Prepare and issue customer invoices with proper revenue classification and documentation.
Reconcile AR sub-ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure collections.
Support month-end and year-end close and audit preparation.
