Job summary

Clayton is seeking a detail-oriented clerical specialist to support Connect Truck Shop Accounting. The role centers on processing invoices, managing inventory, and supporting AP/AR activities across three Truck Shops.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, exceptional accuracy, strong Excel skills, and effective communication with vendors and plant teams. Experience with Oracle and MGR Plus is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to process a large volume of paperwork with high accuracy.
• Quality-minded, detail-oriented, and organized with professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices for three Truck Shops.
• Assist TN Truck Shop with Inventory Management.
• Review open POs at month end to ensure accruals are recorded.
• Serve as backup to assist with RCO Terminal invoice Processing as needed.
• Review Vendor Statements to prevent delinquent payments.
• Enter Outside Service Work Orders into MGR Plus.
