Clayton is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and cash application for our truss manufacturing operation. This role collaborates with Sales, Dispatch, Contracts, Customer Service, and Plant Operations to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR with manufacturing experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a meticulous, customer-focused approach.

Formación

• Must have at least a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or related experience.
• Manufacturing/truss industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and apply customer invoices accurately based on shipments.
• Apply payments and reconcile amounts to customer accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers when needed.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Operations to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting for accounts receivable.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
