Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with accounting software and business systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintaining vendor records and payment documentation.
• Reconciling account statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Supporting monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Assisting with accounts receivable and financing transactions.
• Communicating professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Handling confidential financial information with discretion.
