Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Accounting Associate to support the accounting department with daily transactions, invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records. You will assist in data entry into our financial system and support financial reporting, contributing to efficient accounting operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a foundational understanding of accounting principles; experience with AP/AR is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Business and Accounting courses desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with AP/AR and invoicing is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Client account set up and account maintenance
• Review and approve credit ratings / limits
• Consolidate Invoices to clients for summary billings
• Work independently on tasks as assigned
• Maintain client purchase orders for final service billings
• Initiate appropriate follow-up actions
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
• Update information in the Company ERP system
