Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable support.
• Perform accurate, consistent data entry across internal systems.
• Monitor and respond to emails and assist with general office correspondence.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Create and send invoices.
• Prepare and send purchase orders.
• Maintain organized customer, vendor, and accounting records.
• Learn and work within Sage BusinessWorks.
• Research discrepancies and troubleshoot routine issues independently.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the team while managing your own workload and priorities.
