Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is hiring for a Sales Support / Accounting Assistant in Vancouver, WA. The role pays $18–$20/hour DOE and is full-time with paid vacation and dental benefits.

Responsibilities include AP/AR support, data entry, processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining accounting records. Sage BusinessWorks experience is preferred. Office-based environment with a focus on independence and reliability.

Qualifications

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable support
• Perform accurate, consistent data entry across internal systems
• Monitor and respond to emails and assist with general office correspondence
• Enter and process customer orders
• Create and send invoices
• Prepare and send purchase orders
• Maintain organized customer, vendor, and accounting records
• Learn and work within Sage BusinessWorks
• Research discrepancies and troubleshoot routine issues independently
• Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
• Work closely with the team while managing your own workload and priorities
