Responsibilities

• Manage administrative areas of the team and Washington operations.
• Create work orders from customer or supervisor data, attach reports and inspections.
• Approve/reject timecards and follow contracts and quotes by amount and verbiage.
• Handle invoicing and email supporting documents to customers, schedule technicians when needed.
