Job summary

BrightMine in Houston is seeking a Sales Order Processing Specialist to ensure orders are reviewed, fulfilled, and completed accurately. You will verify contract details, process orders in internal systems, and support fulfillment by setting up client profiles and login details.

The role emphasizes precision, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours with a hybrid schedule, at least two days in the office (Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales order processing, order management, billing, quality control, documentation review, or a related field preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently within established service level expectations.
• Manage and prioritize an active order queue to support timely order fulfillment.
• Review incoming order and contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
• Validate order details against Salesforce records and ensure appropriate alignment before approval and fulfillment.
• Use internal systems to track, update, and maintain order records.
• Support order fulfillment activities, including setting up client profiles and distributing login information.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order discrepancies or documentation issues using sound judgment.
• Collaborate with sales, internal partners, and cross-functional teams while working independently.
• Use Excel to review order data, organize information, and support reporting needs.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
• Learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
