LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processing Specialist to join the Order Management Group in Houston. The role processes customer orders, reviews contract details, validates information against Salesforce, and supports fulfillment with client profiles and login details.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the Houston office (typically Wednesdays and Thursdays) and standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales order processing, order management, billing, quality control, documentation review, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently within established service level expectations.
• Manage and prioritize an active order queue to support timely order fulfillment.
• Review incoming order and contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
• Validate order details against Salesforce records and ensure appropriate alignment before approval and fulfillment.
• Use internal systems to track, update, and maintain order records.
• Support order fulfillment activities, including setting up client profiles and distributing login information as needed.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order discrepancies or documentation issues using sound judgment and analytical thinking.
• Collaborate with sales, internal partners, and cross-functional teams while also working independently to complete assigned work.
• Use Excel and Microsoft Office tools to review order data, organize information, and support reporting needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners.
• Learn new processes and adapt to changing business priorities, including support for new projects as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
