LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processing Specialist in Houston. You will process customer orders, review contracts, validate details in Salesforce, and support fulfillment with accurate client profiles and login details.

This hybrid role requires two in-office days weekly, with standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours. Candidates should have Salesforce experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with sales order processing, order management, billing, or related fields preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused communication.

Responsabilités

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently within SLAs.
• Review order and contract documentation for completeness and quality.
• Validate order details against Salesforce records before approval.
• Set up client profiles and distribute login information for fulfillment.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams and use Excel for reporting.
