Job summary

Goodpack is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to handle day-to-day CX activities for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and reliable execution. You will support Sales and Senior CX Managers while maintaining data integrity and high execution standards.

In this hybrid role based in Houston, you will enter and manage orders, coordinate with Operations and Logistics, and respond to routine customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, CX, or operational support in B2B/industrial environments preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily CX tasks including order entry, management, and shipment confirmations.
• Support forecasting accuracy and timely order flow with Sales and Senior CX Managers.
• Serve as primary contact for routine inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and execution.
• Coordinate with Operations/Logistics and internal teams to support deliveries, returns, and collections.
