Job summary

Crown Staffing is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Cincinnati, OH, with training in Dry Ridge, KY. This full-time role focuses on weekly payroll, client billing, and accounts receivable for multiple clients and 500+ associates.

You will review timesheets and pay details, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing. The ideal candidate has payroll or AR experience, strong Excel skills, and comfort handling

Qualifications

• Previous payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Staffing industry experience and Avionté experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time for 500+ associates.
• Review timesheets, hours, pay rates, overtime, deductions, and adjustments.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients, associates, Account Managers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and send weekly client invoices.
• Review billing rates, hours, and invoice details for accuracy.
• Process billing corrections, credits, and adjustments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding client balances.
• Follow up with clients regarding past-due invoices and payments.
• Apply and reconcile payments.
• Maintain accurate payroll, billing, and AR records.
• Assist with reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle confidential employee and financial information appropriately.
• Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
