KDM is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to generate accurate customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable balances, and pursue timely payments. This role partners with customers and internal departments to support financial health.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling billing administration and collection activities, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of billing, collections, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze account information and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
