Job summary

FX Staffing, LLC. seeks a Senior Payroll Analyst to join a large, established organization in the Greater Cincinnati area. The role supports payroll operations, systems, compliance, and internal users, requiring hands-on payroll experience and the ability to troubleshoot issues and analyze data.

You will help with system changes, testing, documentation, and collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and strong internal service levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supporting employees with payroll-related questions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related business applications.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll operations and help ensure payroll systems remain accurate and compliant.
• Research and resolve more complex payroll questions and escalations.
• Provide support and guidance to payroll team members and internal business partners.
• Monitor and manage payroll-related requests and issues through an internal ticketing/workflow system.

• Assist with payroll system enhancements, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system functionality.

We are working with a large, established organization in the Greater Cincinnati area that is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join its payroll team.

This position will play a key role in supporting payroll operations, systems, compliance, and internal users. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on payroll experience along with the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze payroll data, support system changes, and assist other members of the payroll team.
