You will maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, and monitor payment timelines while communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies. A detail-oriented approach and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and invoicing.
• Experience coding and entering vendor invoices for payment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Flag and clarify unusual invoice items or prices.
• Sort, code and match invoices.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Enter and upload invoices into system.
• Track expenses and process expense reports.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Prepare and perform check runs.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare analysis of accounts.
• Monitor payments to ensure up-to-date status.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors.
