Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative support or hospitality preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides general administrative support to the Destination Services Manager and Coordinator.
• Maintains organized files, calendars, and documentation.
• Assists with data entry, accounting paperwork, and reporting.
• Coordinates inventory, orders supplies, and handles vendor communications.
• Supports on-site and remote destinations during events as needed.
