Job summary

Midland Health is seeking an End User Systems Analyst to plan, install, integrate, and validate systems software and hardware solutions. You will support desktop hardware, profile/version management, licensing, VDI, and disaster recovery while guiding junior staff and aligning with Midland Health's mission and services.

Responsibilities include change management, disaster recovery, capacity and configuration management, incident resolution, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires mature analytical ability to solve technical problems and assess time for system changes.
• Experience with Windows OS, AD, DHCP, DNS, and related networking services.
• Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, thin clients, VDI, Citrix, printers and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Handle change and release management with documented testing and deployment methods.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA security).
• Provide on-site support and collaborate with HIS teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in projects and contribute to knowledge base for problem resolutions.
