Job summary

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and maintain desktop and laptop computers across multiple sites. You will deploy OS images, manage endpoint configurations, patch software, and monitor health and compliance of healthcare IT systems.

Responsibilities include asset tracking, automation scripting, documentation, and collaboration with vendors and clinical staff. Hybrid flexibility may follow training; frequent travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise desktop management and deployments.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of HIPAA security requirements and compliance.
• Ability to research and evaluate new technologies.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain desktop and laptop computers across all locations.
• Use endpoint management to deploy and administer workstations organization-wide.
• Deploy OS images in bulk using automated deployment tools.
• Configure and maintain deployment task sequences and scripts.
• Monitor endpoint health and compliance; patch management and updates.
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle and asset tracking.
• Document processes and generate management reports.
• Collaborate with IT team and vendors; support healthcare staff.
