Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Desktop Technician Level 2 to provide on-site and remote support for end users, including VIP assistance for C‑Suite executives. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues, image and deploy devices, and manage asset inventories in a fast-paced environment in Atlanta.

The role requires 2+ years of desktop support, strong Windows and MacOS skills, and a preference for CompTIA A+ certification.

Qualifications

2+ years of desktop support experience.
Strong knowledge in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 on-site and remote support for end users.
Provide on-site VIP white-glove support to C‑Suite executives, delivering responsive, professional service.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
Image and deploy PCs, Macs, mobile phones, printers, and software; complete Mac imaging as needed.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets; track device availability and readiness for deployment.
Onboard and/or offboard end users, including account creation and device deployments on-site.
Coordinate with client administration staff and facilities for site visits and deliveries.
Respond to requests for support via ticketing system; document issues and resolutions.
