Job summary

Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Desktop Technician position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as desktop technician or customer support and excellent job tenure.

This position is in office but could have hybrid flexibility down the road. You will serve as the primary contact for customers needing technical assistance, troubleshoot desktop hardware, install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other devices, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as help desk technician or customer support role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting common issues.
• Advanced knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.
• Excellent job stability and tenure.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
