Job summary

Zillow Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Specialist, Desktop Systems to support day-to-day end-user computing by maintaining workstations, peripherals and standard software, and resolving routine issues under close supervision.

You will configure, deploy, and decommission laptops and desktops, perform basic troubleshooting for network and account access, and keep accurate asset records to support lifecycle management. This is an office role requiring onsite presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of desktop support or related tech support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve routine desktop support requests for hardware, operating systems, and standard applications.
• Configure, deploy, and decommission laptops, desktops, and peripherals by following imaging/setup/security procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity, printing, and account access issues, documenting steps and outcomes in the ticketing system.
• Complete well-defined maintenance tasks such as software installations, updates, and basic device checks per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate asset and configuration information for end-user devices to support inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
