Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to provide day-to-day end-user support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits. You will configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and BYOD devices while maintaining service quality across sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Helpdesk/Desktop roles, A+ certification, and strong Windows 10 experience. Strong communication and knowledge sharing via Knowledgebase are required, with some travel between locations.

Qualifications

Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education and certifications.
5+ years of field experience in a user-facing IT role.
A+ Certification required.
5+ years in a Helpdesk/Desktop environment.
Experience with setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 (O365).
5+ years troubleshooting Windows 10+ operating systems.
Understanding of VPNs and Wi-Fi profiles is a plus.
Experience with Remote Desktop tools and a ticketing system.
Printer deployment and network printer setup experience.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers and BYOD devices.
Interact with users to resolve issues positively and efficiently.
Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
Assist end-users with complex computing and telecom questions.
Use remote tools to resolve requests and ensure tickets are closed per guidelines.
Create and maintain Knowledgebase articles.
Lead and train Junior Support Analysts as needed.
Travel between sites to support end users when necessary.
