Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a high-tempo, interrupt-driven environment.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies without formal training or paid enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading technical staff and managing direct reports to complete projects on time.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and securing server hardware and client devices across Windows, Linux, and Mac in a mixed environment.
• Proficient with Active Directory, VLANs/Firewalls, and diagnosing complex hardware/software issues.
