The Phoenix Cluster is a large administrative cluster providing administrative and technical support for teaching, research and outreach to the faculty, staff, and students within the departments of Plant Pathology and Entomology & Nematology within the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. This position is part of a team of personnel providing IT support services within Phoenix. This position will work with a diverse staff in Phoenix to provide IT support services necessary to further teaching and research activities.

Work in various biological and chemical work areas (daily) requiring lab safety training and Personal Protective Equipment. Work at multiple primary office locations and dynamic work schedules as business needs require. To include changing primary workstations several times a day. Ability to adjust work schedule as needed to ensure work tasks are completed. Be able to work on-campus work-site at least ISA 3 80% of the total work hours required even during reduced operations, pandemic or natural disaster as an identified essential employee. Work occasional evenings and weekends for system deployment and maintenance activities, and project priorities.
