Job summary

Ovation Workplace Services in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver timely technical help across local and remote environments.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage incidents in the ticketing system, and support Windows 10/11 and Office 365, with basic macOS help and AV coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 18 months of hands-on desktop support or IT help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments (Windows 10/11) and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and applications.
• Document incidents and service requests in the IT ticketing system.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Provide foundational support for macOS environments for Apple devices.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to remediate AV issues as required.
• Maintain SLAs and provide timely updates to end users.
