Job summary

HopeHealth, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to maintain computer hardware and software systems and assist with resolving technical issues across the infrastructure.

The role includes diagnosing and troubleshooting, supporting software integration, and delivering high-quality end-user service. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills, with on-site duties and occasional travel within the Pee Dee Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS preferred or related field.
• 2–3 years in small to mid-size environment.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 7–11 and basic server work a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop support for all staff.
• Record, update and document requests using IT service desk system.
• Install and configure IT equipment (PCs, printers, etc.).
• Resolve incidents and upgrade software/hardware.
• Interface with Tier 2/3 support and management on project deliverables.
• Participate in on-call rotation with regional travel.
