Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain company hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Configure and deploy hardware to new users and upgrade existing equipment.
• Perform DUO administration for users switching phones or needing resets.
• Perform laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees.
• Provide encryption keys to users as required.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for all company hardware and software.
• Manage Desktop Support incident queue in Service Now and resolve or escalate tickets.
• Update tasks with status and resolution information.
• Recommend equipment purchases as needed.
• Perform asset management and inventory tasks.
