Job summary

STI in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a long-term, onsite role. You will upgrade systems to Windows 11, image devices, install software upgrades, set up automatic updates, and rollout new equipment while coordinating with the NJDOE IT team.

Key duties include hardware inventory, imaging, software installation, Windows 11 upgrades, user migrations, and ongoing troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PC/Laptop hardware, printers (MFDs), MS365 web
