Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Washington DC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. You will provide first and second level tech support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage IT inventory across three client office locations.

The role requires experience with ServiceNow ITSM Incident Management, strong customer service, and adherence to SLAs. This is an in-office role five days a week. Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Desktop Support or IT Help Desk experience in an on-site role.
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• 2+ years of support for Mac OS devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals for onsite users.
• Provide second-level escalation support for remote users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolve incidents.
• Log, track, and manage tickets using ServiceNow ITSM.
• Create and update internal and end-user documentation.
