Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow client policies and guidelines
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity in a timely manner
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines
• Additional duties may be assigned
