Job summary

Patriot LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support client operations in Narragansett, RI. The role involves installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and video conference equipment, and providing tier 2/3 support for hardware and software issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in desktop support, familiarity with MDT imaging, Office 365, and Windows variants, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of desktop systems support experience required.
• A+, MCDST or other Microsoft certifications highly desired.
• 2+ years in a production networked environment and MDT imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, patch, and upgrade desktop, laptop, printer and video conference equipment.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware and software problems to restore service.
• Configure images and software per approved standards and SOPs.
• Support during office relocations and videoconference setups across sites.
• Maintain asset management records and update ticketing systems.
