Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Technology Implementation Technician for the Pawtucket, RI Technology Innovation Center. This onsite role involves preparing, imaging, configuring, and deploying endpoint devices, with additional responsibilities in warehouse operations and asset management.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years experience with PC hardware and imaging, basic Windows and networking knowledge, and a strong detail orientation. Travel may be required and driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience with PC hardware, device deployment or imaging.
• Basic Windows OS, hardware and networking knowledge.
• Ability to follow procedures and manage priorities.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tech.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the TIC in Pawtucket, RI.
• Prepare, assemble, image, configure, test, and label laptops/desktops.
• Install OS, firmware, drivers and approved software.
• Use imaging tools for device configurations.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and perform QA checks.
• Support warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory, asset tagging.
• Maintain accurate device/inventory records per ISO 9001.
• Assist with enterprise migration projects and customer engagements.
