Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of desktop systems support experience.
• Experience with MDT imaging and Office 365 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user hardware and software problems across Windows systems and peripherals.
• Schedule repairs, install and configure workstations with approved images and software.
• Install after-market hardware to support user equipment functionality.
• Move IT systems and peripherals for office relocations.
• Set up and coordinate video conferences between sites.
• Maintain asset records and update the ticketing system per SOPs.
