Job summary

Patriot Talent Solutions seeks a Technical Support Technician II to join our IT team in Bellevue. You will provide hands-on desktop support, troubleshoot hardware and software, image and deploy new PCs, and ensure end-user reliability across the organization.

The ideal candidate has IT support experience, strong customer service, and advanced knowledge of Windows and Office. Travel to other offices and after-hours support may be required to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience providing remote and in-person support.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications and desktop technologies.
CompTIA A+ Certification.
Ability to travel as needed.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and end-user computing issues.
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral problems.
Install, configure, deploy, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
Image, configure, and deploy new PCs and workstations.
Monitor and support desktop computing environments to ensure reliability and performance.
Travel occasionally to support users and offices in other locations.
Provide after-hours support during emergencies.
