The successful candidate will troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, manage ServiceNow tickets, and provide critical support for various IT projects involving hardware. • Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance for travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow queue and ticket follow-up.
• Provide critical project support with hardware.
