Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level desktop support.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and OS.
• Troubleshoot Windows, MS 365, browsers, and apps.
• Manage user accounts and access requests.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
• Support software deployments and system updates.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory.
• Escalate complex issues to teams.
