Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.
• MSP experience strongly preferred.
• A+ Certification required; strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues via phone, email, and tickets.
• Support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android in a business environment.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and basic server/Active Directory tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel to client locations as needed.
