We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Windows 11 Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software systems. You will troubleshoot issues, install and configure systems, and ensure optimal performance for end-users across the organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows 11 desktop environments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 operating systems and applications. Support Microsoft 365 applications and services. Assist with user account management in Active Directory and Azure AD. Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows 11 OS and Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar certifications are a plus.
