Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to assist with critical IT initiatives, including system upgrades, hardware setup, and end-user support. This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both remotely and deskside.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows laptops and desktops
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve user incidents
• Track and manage tickets using an ITSM system
• Install software packages (automated and manual)
• Set up workstations, peripherals, and assist with user onboarding
• Support system upgrades (e.g., Windows 11, BIOS updates, BitLocker encryption)
• Assist with technical aspects of office relocation and workstation setup

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows environments
• Experience with ticketing systems

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
