Immediate need for an Onsite Desktop/End User Support Technician with 2 years of experience.

  • Skills required include: Windows 10, imaging, deployments, hardware break/fix on desktops and laptops, end user support, MS applications, remote tools, ticketing systems, and good communication and documentation skills.
Job Description
  • Advise staff on IT procedures and support queries.
  • Receive, document, and resolve support requests.
  • Configure desktops, routers, modems, and perform routine inspections.
  • Update operating systems and software as needed.
  • Assist with hardware/software purchases and upgrades.
  • Provide staff training suggestions.
Requirements
  • Technical certification or 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant hardware and software.
  • Customer-specific certifications may be required.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
