Job Description
- Advise staff on IT procedures and support queries.
- Receive, document, and resolve support requests.
- Configure desktops, routers, modems, and perform routine inspections.
- Update operating systems and software as needed.
- Assist with hardware/software purchases and upgrades.
- Provide staff training suggestions.
Requirements
- Technical certification or 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of relevant hardware and software.
- Customer-specific certifications may be required.
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Own a basic repair kit.
